THE FOURTH TEACHER

 

The Fourth Teacher is a start up focused on the learning resources section of the digital education market. It’s objective is to develop a tablet-based interactive learning resource for hybrid learning, both inside and outside the classroom. Thinking about the future of our classrooms, the books utilize text, image, video, animation and interactive elements to foster a more curated and active learning experience.

Challenge

The Fourth Teacher needed a polished identity that would help pitch the company mission in a precise and exciting way to acquire clients and potential investors. Because the client came to us with a deep and meaningful company name, our challenges revolved around unpacking and articulating what is meant by the idea of technology as The Fourth Teacher.

Solution

After many rounds of logo pitches and refinements, the client chose this logo for its boldness, dynamics, and recognizability. The design is compromised of unique shapes to demonstrate a multi modal playful learning environment while the negative space is utilized to create the number four. Using the new visual identity, we developed a motion graphics explainer video that spells out The Fourth Teachers’ big ideas and missions.
