What is Nature Wellness?

Forest Therapy puts people in direct contact with the therapeutic benefits of non-human nature. In Japan, it is known as “shinrin yoku” or “forest bathing”. A growing international movement within science and wellness, it is extending the multi-faceted evidence that people benefit from being in human beings’ first home: the great outdoors.
